The HIV/AIDS epidemic demands innovation and flexible response especially young men and women in Sub-Sahara Africa. In 2019 Together for Kenya and Pilgrim Lutheran Church initiated an Education Fund among teen beneficiaries from Holy Family Center Clinic.
These young people are from less fortunate families… 10 single parents, 9 orphans and 4 child led families. Each child was provided financial assistance for continuing the pursuit of their education… dreams of a Brighter Tomorrow!
As of the start of the July 2021 academic year all 22 beneficiaries remain in school and will transition into their appropriate grade. A special congratulations to each scholar and a special thank you to Together for Kenya!
