This need-based scholarship is designed to reduce the tuition burden for qualifying students enrolled in the preschool. Applicants do not need to attend or be members of Christ & St. Luke’s. All award decisions are based purely on demonstrated financial need, and no preferential consideration is given to parishioners.
Awards are distributed based on family income and assets and are paid directly from Christ & St. Luke’s to the Williams School. For the 2026-2027 Academic Year, we are accepting and reviewing applications on a rolling basis through the spring and summer, and applicants will be notified of their reward via letter within one to three weeks of their submission.
How to Apply
If your child has already been approved for a place or is currently enrolled at the Williams School Preschool, we invite you to apply for tuition assistance.

To be considered, your application must include:
- The Application Information Sheet, completed in full.
- Copies of your previous year’s tax returns (1040s) to corroborate your annual income and assist the committee in understanding your financial need.
Please rest assured that all scholarship information remains strictly confidential and is shared only with the Scholarship Committee. Your tax documents will be securely destroyed immediately upon review.
Submission Options
Once you have completed your application and gathered your tax forms, you may submit them using one of the following methods:
- By Email: Complete the PDF online and email it, along with your attachments, directly to gro.sekultsdnatsirhc@pihsralohcs.
