Matt Davis is a native of Southeast London, and he holds a bachelor’s degree in English literature from Sussex University in England, along with a Postgraduate Diploma in Periodical Journalism from the London College of Printing. Matt worked as a journalist for a decade, primarily in public interest fields, before switching careers to help good causes communicate, working as a communications director for a variety of nonprofits in England and the U.S., and then running his own successful strategic communications consultancy in New York City for five years.
Matt is married to Logan Sachon, an editor at Slate, who grew up in Norfolk and attended Christ & St. Luke’s as a teenager. They have a fantastic son named Freddy who attends Norfolk Public Schools. The whole family are keen readers and writers.
