Judie Belka has a BA in Liberal Arts from UCSB and graduate education in Counseling Psych and Theology. Moving to Norfolk from Seattle in 2006, Judie has worked as a Parish Admin in another parish in our area and has been a member of CSL since 2018. Judie enjoys working with Stephen Ministry and as the Stephen Leader Team coordinator at Christ & St. Luke’s. Judie has been married to Michael since 1983 and has four children ages 28 to 35. In her free time, Judie can usually be found working out, reading, or chasing her rescue puppy Piper.
