Virginia passed HB 1965 in the spring which requires from 2025 on that motor vehicles have low emissions or zero emissions in new car purchases.  We will all benefit with the cleaner air, but especially those who live near interstates or highly trafficked roads.  Virginia is the first south eastern state to adopt these standards.  We can be proud of our initiative.                   Source  –  Sierra
