Join us for a mid-week Holy Eucharist in the chapel.
Dress in holiday garb and we will regale the neighborhood with Christmas carols. After caroling, we will have hot cocoa and cookies (feel free to bring your favorite Christmas cookies) and fellowship in Lloyd Hall. Please RSVP below so we know how many people to plan for.
Because Christmas Eve falls on a Sunday this year and coincides with the Fourth Sunday of Advent, we will have a modified Sunday morning schedule on December 24. A single, simplified service will take place in the Chapel at 9:30 a.m., giving our clergy and volunteers time to prepare for the evening festivities.
On Christmas Eve, our children will offer their special Christmas Pageant at 4:30 p.m. as part of a family-friendly eucharist. Boisterous shepherds, somber wise people, sweet angels, and the arrival of Baby Jesus are some of the hallmarks of this time old tradition. 9:30pm Choral Prelude featuring John Rutter’s carol cycle Dancing Day with harpist Alexis Colner. The Festal Eucharist with brass begins at 10pm.
This will be a special Christmas Day Eucharist with carols to celebrate the birth of Christ.
