This is the 50th anniversary of the 1970 day when a Wisconsin senator conceived the idea of the nation focusing on protecting our planet. Political leaders passed 28 critical environment laws, including the Clean Air, Clean Water, and Endangered Species Acts. Other nations were inspired to take similar actions. In moving toward renewable energy we are reducing green-house gas emissions. Let’s Celebrate! You can Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and let your representative know you care!
